Tawni P. says, "Ali was fantastic to work with—super responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. I reached out for help with the airflow from the heat pump system in my new condo. The guest bathroom and guest bedroom were getting way too much air, while the kitchen and primary bedroom weren’t getting enough. To address the issue, Ali added refrigerant to the compressor, performed a condenser coil cleaning, installed an AC hard start kit, and set up my new Nest Learning Thermostat. We also closed the vent in the guest bedroom, where airflow was extremely strong—even closed, you could still feel it. Redirecting airflow this way should help balance things out across the condo. Ali was thorough and explained everything clearly. He assured me that if any new issues come up, he’ll be happy to return and take another look. I highly recommend Ali and Majestic Heating & AC—they truly go above and beyond!"See more
