Extremely patient and very knowledgeable about the task at hand… even though it was anticipated that it was going to be an easy remove and install (shower panel) that was far from the case. Nevertheless, Noel was up to the task and got it done.

I needed some to install a shower kit. Chaia’s plumbing were very responsive and answered all my questions. My job wasn’t super urgent and they came the next day! Installation was fast and shower works great! Friendly and professional! I would use them again!

I had an old valve that needed a cartridge and I wanted to be careful with the valve and replace it gently so I would not need to open a wall..... and hence I put out a request for a plumber. A couple responded-- he was the fastest---- and called me before the end of the day (the only). I then discussed this with him and the second caller and understandngthe situation I decided he was the right guy. He had experience and availability. Well, this was a GREAT decision. He arrived on time, all the materials needed for the repair were available, and completed the task in quick order. It was NOT rushed but rather professional and knowledgeable. He made sure everything was clean on the way out the door and I would not hesitate to have him come back and back and back. A great experience and relief for me.

Excellent work, I would hire again easily; I highly recommend Chala Plumbing and heating LLC. Helped fix a sink hose and leaking fixtures, provided guidance on benefit of long term fix vs short term fix, I opted for the long term.
