Initially the job was quoted, not the lowest price , but first to respond and a small business which I like. I have them the job . They did the job but then charged me more. The other two companies that quoted included the complete restoration of my stairs and walkway. I paid the extra money . The job was completed and looked ok but wasn’t edged out nice . Then I noticed that the sealing grout was not holding as ants actually got thru in places. I was told it’s not their problem. Then the stairs started look changes and black spots and bleed thru appeared. I also noticed that the walkway wasn’t sealed over . I told them and it’s been over a week and nothing has been done . I got some sort of unreadable response that I took as I have to fix it myself with a buck of some sort. It’s been 9 days and nothing has been fixed. Not happy for what I paid for .
