I hired Espinoza Carpentry to finish up a long list of framing carpentry tasks at my residential gut renovation. Tasks ranged from blocking to framing soffits, closets to repairing damaged siding and trim. Roger did everything perfectly and showed care in doing the job right (not just quick). His bid price was also fair and reasonable. Mostly he listened and was willing to make adjustments if something didn't look right. Will definitely hire again. Highly recommended.
