I mistakenly wrote a review without collecting all the facts. The additional work was documented, and the information was shared and aproved by the job foreman. To this point the job is done very well and on schedule. I should have been more thorough in collecting the facts before I wrote my original review. My apologies. He brought the building back to life with a much needed face lift.

Really happy with Arnold and his team. In about an hour they cleaned the gutters, removed a fence, fixed a doorway, and even took out some old stairs in our garage that weren't on the original list. Everything was done quickly and at a fair price. Would definitely hire them again.

They responded quickly and came out the same day to address a loose metal panel caused by wind. He secured the panel right away to prevent it from falling and reduced the price from the original quote, which I really appreciated. They were upfront that the current fix was a temporary solution and explained that replacing the panel later would be the proper long-term fix. Overall, very responsive, fair, and professional. I plan to hire him again for the replacement work.
