They responded quickly and came out the same day to address a loose metal panel caused by wind. He secured the panel right away to prevent it from falling and reduced the price from the original quote, which I really appreciated. They were upfront that the current fix was a temporary solution and explained that replacing the panel later would be the proper long-term fix. Overall, very responsive, fair, and professional. I plan to hire him again for the replacement work.
