Vlad and his team replied immediately to my request for an estimate on replacing wood treads and risers on a staircase from the 1st to 2nd floor. They were accommodating around my work hours. They showed up to start the job when they said they would and worked every day until complete. They kept in touch through email or text on the progress of the job. They were kind, honest, extremely neat, very professional, and their pricing was extremely fair. I was so fortunate to have been given Vlad's contact info through a work companion. These days when it is so hard to find a dependable contractor or one that will even return your call, Vlad and his team restored my faith. I've thought about doing my garage floor for years. I was driving through Saugus and saw a new storefront opened up by these guys so I called. First, Vlad (the owner) answers the phone and shows up for appointments! A novelty sometimes with small business owners. He gave me a fair price, was clean, neat and professional and did a top rate job. I said fair price. Wasn't cheap, you get what you pay for guys. If you want the best job at a fair price given these guys a call you won't regret it.
