We were very impressed with the responsiveness, diligence and work quality that Rutilio and his team put into ensuring we had a beautiful lawn and patio. We had a 2700+ square feet lawn space that was overgrown with weeds due to extremely busy schedules, and we were hoping to redo it with sod or overseeding, as well as adding a small 316 sq foot patio. This was the first time we were working with contractors and thus somewhat apprehensive. Rutilio came out to take a look and offered a reasonable verbal quote, which we then confirmed via text. When we began working with him, he frequently adapted his approach to our concerns; for example, when we shared our concerns that the weeds may become a fire hazard, he sent out his team earlier than our scheduled date to clear the weeds. On the day of the project, his team came early with all supplies and worked long hours on the sun to complete the job, in about 2 days. At the end of each day, Rutilio provided a status update, including sharing any things that we should pay attention to. Since it was hot out, his team came out to set up our sprinkler system on a timer and also helped tidy up some odds and ends (like adding mulch to a separate part of the lawn). We felt that Rutilio and his team truly cared about getting the job done right and we trusted him and his team. We have already begun recommending his work to others looking for support with their lawn in the area.
