They were easy to communicate with they showed up early in the morning and completed a whole cleanup. Every concern I mentioned to them about my yard they took care of it. Their price was reasonable. The cleanup was good. They took away all the debris. They were professional. They draft it up a contract with me. It was neat easy to read the crew was polite to my tenants. I have no complaints look forward to hiring them for month to month maintenance.

The worst contractor I've ever hired. First, he didnt show up to our estimate appointment. I had to text him then he replied he can be there an hr or 2 later. That's so unprofessional. Second, he used pictures I sent him to estimate. He said $300 then he said $600 because he estimated wrong and he will put polymer sand down to. Then when he starts the job, he refused to clear all the weeds, leaving a good junk of it then said he's done. He said he under estimated so he wont do that area and just minus $100. The work he did doesnt worth $500. Third, for no reason at all, he pulled out the trash early and the city gave me $25 ticket. i thought he pulled it out to remove the weeds between the wall but nope, the weeds are still there. That was in one of pictures and discussed as well. He just refused to do it. His laziness and unprofessional manner are unacceptable. he shouldnt be in this line of work if he is this lazy.
