Louie has helped me carve out fat and build muscle. I did not know how to work out let alone nutrition. Louie not only helps you workout but he’s really good about educating you on the muscle groups your targeting and how to stay on top of your nutrition(he helped me understand what my caloric intake should be and my macros that I should target). I also have tachycardia. Before I started working out with Louie, I would have multiple episodes where my heart spiked 170-200 bpm. My cardiologist told me I might need medication. Now that I’m working out with Louie, I rarely get those cardiac episodes. Louie’s adaptive HIIT routine has worked wonders on my heart and his strength training has completely transformed my body. My body is now lean/toned in a matter of 3-4 months and I don’t plan on stopping. I went from dying anytime I’d go on a treadmill or try to lift dumbbells, to crushing it on the treadmill and having strength I’ve never experienced in my life. Hands down, I cannot recommend Louie enough

Louie’s personal training is awesome! Louie makes sure to work on all the things that he feels I need to work on and I am getting a lot stronger from it! He connects with his customers and creates a very enjoyable environment. I highly recommend training with him!

We were kind of nervous to start working out with a trainer but Louie has made us very comfortable since day 1. Always has a great attitude and really pushes & motivates us to do things we didn't think we were capable of. Really enjoy how thoroughly he explains the workouts and how he gives suggestions on how to improve our forms. He's been very motivating and you can tell he really loves what he is doing.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I offer discounts if the customer is interested in signing up for a training bundle.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I have my client fill out medical and consent forms verifying that they are cleared to begin training. From that point, on day one I run an assessment on the client to determine what level of fitness they are at and design their program from there based on their needs.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I hold certificates through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) which specialize in group training, nutrition and strength and conditioning.
