I’m very disappointed with my experience with M.S Construction & Tree service. I hired them ( Misael ) to install new grass in my yard, and while they were quick to take payment, the quality of the work was extremely poor. The grass either never came in properly or died shortly after installation. I followed all the care instructions they gave, but it became clear the job was either rushed or the materials used were substandard. I tried reaching out for support or a resolution, but communication has been lacking or nonexistent. For the amount of money I paid, I expected professional service and at least some accountability. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this company and would advise others to be cautious before hiring them.
