- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First, I’ll do a good job, and that person will be able to recommend me to their family and friends, who will receive a discount. I also offer a 40% discount to those who have already worked with me and want to do another project. Most importantly, my clients want to be satisfied with my work and my prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new client, I always offer them ideas on how to carry out the work and explain what kind of materials will be used in the project. I also show them what the finished work will look like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work in construction, but I decided to open my own company, so I took classes with Dan Preston Hardscape Outdoor to acquire more knowledge about how to do the jobs correctly and professional.
