Lee was great. He installed the gas pipes to address the changes required for my remodel. He is using a crimping system that seems to be faster than threading. He is already doing other projects for me.

Lee and Scott were extremely responsive to my urgent issue regarding basement flooding due to sump pump failure. Lee made himself available almost immediately and showed up on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable about all things plumbing related. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, re-dig the sump pump pit and install a new sump pump system quickly, but thoroughly. He was not satisfied until it was working perfectly and made efforts to save me money on parts, etc and didn't charge for some "little things" others would of added to the bill. Most importantly, after the job was complete he has been checking in to ensure the sump pump is still working properly. Lee was also very patient in answering my questions and explaining the issue to me a few times until I fully understood what was causing the problem. Pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Lee in the future and will surely use his services again if needed.

Lee and his assistant troubleshooted our problem and came up with a solution that would not cost us a fortune. They were able to source the materials and have the job done that day. Lee took it upon himself to walk through our plumbing and offer suggestions on what needed fixing/upgrading. Having just bought the home, all of his suggestion were similar to what was highlighted in our home inspection as needing work. He knew his stuff!
