- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with a wide variety of budgets. Although we have preset pricing available on our website, most customers give us a budget and a bit of guidance and we let them know what we can do for them. We pride ourselves on being able to serve a wide variety of customers. Factors in a budget include menu selection, level of service, beverages, disposables, rentals, and distance.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our business is split between catering, food truck vending, and meal delivery. No two events are the same. Catering can mean a drop-off, a buffet, a plated meal, passed appetizers, and more. The constant in our work is meeting the needs of customers.
