Our Treadmill needed repair and Nick responded immediately, fixed up an appointment for the same evening, was punctual, and resolved the problem during his visit. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and professional throughout and also provided me with tips on how to maintain my treadmill and to use it properly in order to extend its life.
