Lou was absolutely great. I had the old style storm windows that needed to be replaced on my porch.
I had multiple people over the past 3 or so years come out for estimates and was told no they did not and could not replace the windows.
I posted on the NextDoor APP for recommendations and Lou came over the next day and accepted the task.
He is very conscientious and particular about his workmanship and made various suggestions along the way to ensure that what I wanted would be done to my satifaction.
Long story short I would definitely hire him for future projects that need to be done.
If anyone needs work done I can't think of anyone else to recommend.
Lou was FANTASTIC!!!!

Lu's got a great operation going here. Highly responsive and personably, makes recommendations and discusses options so we aren't just throwing money away when things could be done better. It's great to feel like you can get to know the person doing the work, and that he's really invested in and loves the work he's doing. Will treat your home like his own, with care and the attention it deserves.

I really don't want to post this review because I want to keep Lu for myself, lol.
Best experience I have ever had with a tradesman. The retaining wall in the front of my elderly mother's house was falling apart and need to be fixed before it fell onto the sidewalk. I called a couple of people who advertised on different media sites and didn't get a response.
Fortunately, I came across Lu's site and sent him an email. He responded very quickly and we set up a time to meet and discuss the work that needed to be done.
Lu was on-time and very personable. I could tell immediately that he was qualified to do the work. We discussed how long it would take and what the charges would be.
He completed the work efficiently and showed up when promised (a huge plus in my book). He did a great job and cleaned up after the work was completed.
My mother was very happy with the finished work and commented that we should only use Lu from now on.
I agree and recommend him for anyone with maintenance or repair work at their house. But, don't keep him too busy, we have more work for him to do.

Lu, replaced my rear entrance winter storm door including the rotting wood trim. He replaced the wood trim with white pvc composite trim which will never rot nor will it need to be painted again. He gave me more than one option at different price points and had me pick how I wanted to spend my money. Maintenance free for me!

After a few glitches, all which were not Lou's fault, we ended with me being a very happy customer. Will definitely be calling Lou again. A+++
