I really don't want to post this review because I want to keep Lu for myself, lol.
Best experience I have ever had with a tradesman. The retaining wall in the front of my elderly mother's house was falling apart and need to be fixed before it fell onto the sidewalk. I called a couple of people who advertised on different media sites and didn't get a response.
Fortunately, I came across Lu's site and sent him an email. He responded very quickly and we set up a time to meet and discuss the work that needed to be done.
Lu was on-time and very personable. I could tell immediately that he was qualified to do the work. We discussed how long it would take and what the charges would be.
He completed the work efficiently and showed up when promised (a huge plus in my book). He did a great job and cleaned up after the work was completed.
My mother was very happy with the finished work and commented that we should only use Lu from now on.
I agree and recommend him for anyone with maintenance or repair work at their house. But, don't keep him too busy, we have more work for him to do.

Lou can kind of do everything, and when he can't do it he still knows what needs to be done. Exacting, does work the right way, and extremely versatile. A true handyman, very rare.

Lu was easy to communicate with and very responsive. He accommodated our schedule and was willing to have our 13 year old son watch and learn as he replaced a toilet. We learned a lot for Lu and will definitely have him back !
