I’ll discuss the scope of work with you during our initial contact and provide a fair price to ensure the job is done right. My minimum charge is $100 per project, which includes labor and travel. If materials are needed, they will be a separate cost. I always strive to be reasonable and work with you to fit your budget and project needs. I love meeting new people and helping homeowners solve their repair and maintenance challenges. I’m available afternoons and weekends, making it easy to schedule a time that works for you!
