- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Charge according to customer information, sometimes even charge less, but when one customer tells another, we always give a good discount on the next cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set a schedule to meet, talk about how he would like cleaning if he prefers products or if someone in the house has allergies, to offer a better job.
