Introduction: I am a trained interventionist with six years experience working with families struggling with loved ones. At a certain point families require the services of an interventionist to help align themselves and agree to confront their loved one in a safe, calm and living manner. I provide professional Recovery Coaching services to anyone with a desire to recover from alcoholism and/or addiction, helping individuals navigate various recovery group options; goal setting; health and wellness through exercise & nutrition. I assist and engage clients by offering suggestions on maintaining sobriety, accountability with loved ones and reengaging with community. I offer Family Coaching for loved ones who are caught up in the madness surrounding the disease of addiction with education on addiction and how that affects the body and brain. I offer opportunities for families to set boundaries and consequences to achieve a healthy balance in the home. The consequences of addiction put an enormous strain not only on the addict, but surrounding family and community leading to stress and negativity with devastating results. My passion for recovery is unwavering; I have been involved in my own personal recovery for 22 years, with a Certificate of Addictions Counseling and Certified Interventionist with ARISE Intervention. I have worked in the professional field for the past five years as an Interventionist, Family Coach, Recovery Coach and Case Manager.
