Had a repeat issue with water coming in from the skylight. They came on time, patched it while the roof was full of snow and then replaced the skylight and patched everything inside and out when the snow melted. Very happy with the service and the results.

We hired Eli (Melotti Group) to repair a dormer/skylight on the roof of our 3.5 story urban home (not a job for the faint of heart). There was a leak causing interior water damage; the exact source of which was not easily discovered due to the unknown installer's poor workmanship and a location basically out of site from ground level. Eli was prompt in his arrival to give us an estimate and took extra care to thoroughly inspect the area in order to diagnose the source of the leakage. He presented a clear description of his recommendation for repair verbally and promptly followed up via email with a typed, descriptive and professional quote. His pricing was very reasonable compared to the 2 other quotes we received. Of the three people who came to view the job, Eli was the most passionate about correcting the root cause and gave which seemed (to me) to be the most sensible approach. Once we agreed to move ahead, Eli offered to swing by our house to pick up the deposit check, we both singed a the job's contract, and the project was completed 3 business days later. I could not believe how quickly he executed this work. Eli was professional, communicative and graciously accommodated a few last minute schedule changes I needed to request. If you are looking for an honest and independent company for your home repairs, I highly recommend Eli/Melotti Group.

Eli diagnosed the leakage issue and it’s cause. He did more than adequate work around the damaged areas. He even went beyond the issue and fixed things that he saw wrong, like the windows which weren’t part of the original scope of work. I would highly recommend him and would hire him again.
