The ladies showed up earlier than expected and ready to go! They were incredibly thorough and professional. Having worked with a few cleaning services now, this was by far the best experience. The owner herself came to introduce the ladies to me and walked the house to ensure they wouldn't miss anything! Thanks for starting such a dependable service Deepa!

We tried the Sears house cleaning service for the first time. Compared to a few other small businesses we chose Sears mainly because they were professional and very responsive to our calls and questions and also the price was reasonable. I was looking for a reoccurring biweekly general service. Deepa was my point of contact. She quickly understood what I was looking for. She didn't push for the extra-charge deep-cleaning for the first session like others had done. She fairly took the cleaness of our house into consideration. She also offered to use the echo-friendly products free of charge (since we have a newborn baby). They sent two people over for the first session. The main maid was Natalia. I liked her. She was professional, prepared and approachable. She took care of little extra things here and there. She looked very experienced. She had a good attitude, was smiling all the time and was very polite. I was certainly happy with the first session.
