- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to be very reasonable when it comes to pricing. I do offer some discounts on bigger jobs. I do not charge for estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with clients and go over everything they are looking to have done and then come up with a plan/schedule that works. Make sure the clients are always aware of what is going or what needs to be done. Having site meetings is always great that way clients can feel comfortable and trust that they are getting what want!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience. A lot of field experience and a few years of trade school experience.
