Joseph Lacy says, "0ver the past 2 years, I have used KASA Services/ Felipe Goncalves for 3 projects at my daughters home (outside deck + remodeling 2 baths), and most recently, for a complete update of my home (install of hardwood floors, redo of 2 bathrooms + complete kitchen). Felipe came out to preview each project in advance of providing a quote. He gave helpful advice and suggestions including ways that a project could be done that would be more or less expensive. Quotes were all very, very.reasonableand, with the recent home project, the final payment was less as project finished under budget. The quality of work was really excellent as was communication during each project Workers were considerate and cleaned up. Felipe did a great job of balancing different aspects of each project (tile, electrical, plumbing, etc.), and although nothing ever runs perfectly, all projects finished essentially on time. Then, even after projects were completed, follow up and touch up work was done promptly. All said, I highly recommend KASA Services / Felipe On a scale of 1-10, I give KASA a definite 10.Joe L"See more

Sharon Connolly says, "Originally, I had Fernando and his crew come in to remodel my kitchen and add a bathroom to the first floor of my 1880 old house. When we ran into an electrical system that was not up to code, the whole first floor got gutted and redone. His crew worked fast and were so accommodating to anything I suggested, but also were good at suggesting a better way to do things. Once the first floor was done, we decided to do the second floor since the house was already upside down. We ran into problems with a new steam boiler that was put in, but Fernando was flexible and came up with a hydronic boiler instead, super quiet and efficient! So, in total they added a walk in shower bathroom addition to the first floor, remodeled the kitchen, dining room, and living room (taking down two walls), added a gas fireplace and a bulkhead, and turned a bedroom/bath on the 2nd floor into a full bath and an additional bedroom. I can't say enough about how easy they were to work with and how nice my whole place turned out in just a little over 6 months (and a few snowstorms). I would highly recommend this crew for any job, large or small -- they can handle it!"See more
