Lucy is a rising star in the Boston-and-wide-environs cleaning hospitality enterprise, starting out, and growing fast. Catch her while you can. Going going gone. I thought I would have to learn more Portuguese. But it appears that my floors and sinks speak Brazilian. So I'd better not mess up the conversation with clumsy interfering. My place is small so once a month keeps up well and I feel much happier living where I am with knowing that Lucy comes through once a month.

I start by asking a few questions to understand the client’s needs — like home size, cleaning type, and frequency. Then I send a quote. Once we agree, I schedule the cleaning. On the first visit, I pay close attention to the client’s preferences and adjust as needed.
