Introduction: Hello Dear Customers, I would gladly help you on your paint or construction projects. I have basic guidelines that I use for quoting without actually seeing the job in person. Although I have been very accurate, honestly, I've had prices increase but also decrease after I have seen the project. My pricing is honest and up front. I will let you know exactly what you need and what to expect for cost. All my pricing includes the necessary prep work , patching,sanding,spot priming, painting and replacing any woodwork if necessary. Your estimate also includes the cost of paint. I typically use a Benj. Moore or Shermin Williams product. I include the cost of paint and materials because I believe everyone should know exactly what is needed and approximately how much the total project will cost.
