Aroldo was very responsive to my request, showed up as agreed, and removed a problematic bee nest on the outside of my garage. He made sure to communicate with me and let me know of any changes to his approach. Overall great work and value!! Highly recommended!!

I needed a wasp nest removed. Aroldo responded quickly at first and came right away, but the treatment didn’t work. When I followed up, he told both me and my tenant multiple times — with specific time windows each time — that he would return, but he never showed. He eventually told me he was out of town, but that he would be back in Massachusetts and would come yesterday Unfortunately, he never showed. Meanwhile, the situation has become urgent, as my tenant was stung.
