He is very friendly and personable at the time of the sale. I liked him a lot. The driveway looks good, but I had some issues and was not happy with his responsiveness. The asphalt was supposed to line up with the sidewalk. It didn't. I was busy the day he did the work and didn't pay attention to the detail before I paid. That was 100% my fault. It made it difficult because he couldn't just come by with hot asphalt until he was in the area. I understood that, but couldn't get a status from him on when that might be. He told me to pave over my sidewalk because there were plants growing at the joint between the house and the sidewalk. He said it was because of bad grading and he would correct that. There are still plants growing. He didn't get back to me for a while until I complained to Thumbtack. Then he said he'd be out when he had job in the area. I gave him a month and asked for a status. That was the beginning of July. It's now the beginning of September and I haven't heard. As I said the majority of the work looks good. I think he could have done better on the edge and could have communicated better.
