FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
T1 Atlas prices projects based on the scope, complexity, timeline, and business goals rather than forcing every customer into a fixed package. We offer a free initial consultation to understand what you're trying to accomplish before recommending a solution or providing a quote. Our goal is to build the right solution—not the most expensive one. Sometimes that means custom software; other times, an existing platform, automation, or simpler MVP can accomplish the goal faster and at a lower cost. You'll receive a clear scope, milestones, pricing, and expectations before development begins, with no surprise fees. For companies that need continued development and technical support after launch, we also offer ongoing monthly support plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with the business before we start with the technology. The first step is understanding what you're trying to accomplish, who the customer is, what problem you're solving, what you've already built or validated, and what success should look like. From there, we determine what actually needs to be built. Depending on the project, this may include research and validation, product strategy, feature prioritization, technical architecture, UX/UI, prototyping, or reviewing your existing systems. Once the direction is clear, we create a defined scope with milestones, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. Then we move into development, testing, launch, and—when needed—ongoing optimization and support. This approach helps prevent overbuilding and keeps time and capital focused on the things that will actually move the business forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background combines entrepreneurship, marketing, design, product development, and technology. I originally learned to build software out of necessity while operating my own companies. Instead of approaching technology only from a developer's perspective, I learned by building systems that had to serve real customers, process transactions, automate operations, support teams, and generate revenue. That experience eventually grew into T1 Atlas, where we now help other founders and businesses design and build websites, web applications, mobile applications, marketplaces, subscription products, automation systems, and other technology. My experience is grounded in actually building and operating businesses, not simply completing technical projects.
