Carlos was great. Was on time and completed the job quickly. I will now use him for any future plumbing needs and I will pass his name along to my friends.

Carlos changed the valve on my toilet And he replaced the whole flushing mechanism and did a fabulous job. Left the place nice and clean. I would definitely hire him again.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Black Stone absolutely earned this one. From the first phone call, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They arrived on time, explained exactly what was causing the problem, gave me clear pricing before any work started, and completed the job without any surprises.

What impressed me most was how much respect they showed for my home. They wore protective covers, kept everything clean, and left the work area spotless. The quality of the work was exceptional, and they even took the time to answer all of my questions and give me tips to prevent future issues.

It’s rare to find a company that’s honest, reliable, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way. If you’re looking for a plumbing and drain service that values quality over shortcuts, Black Stone is the company to call. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to family and friends.

I was in a pinch at 10pm needing to get my dryer disconnected next morning for a move. Carlos responded quickly & came right at 8am the next morning. He was very professional & got the job done so I could move to my new house.
