If your looking for a trustworthy reliable person that will transform your basement into rooms of fun and organization this is your guy. He cleans, he organizes fits locks puts furniture together. Nothing is too much trouble for this guy and his sense of pride in his work is really great. Super reasonable rates but be prepared to be very impressed.

Everything about working with Rocco was a perfect experience. During the consultation he made me feel very confident that the job, I thought was impossible, was completely do-able. Rocco worked magic on my basement; it's a place I can go again without being overwhelmed. Alongside the tremendous job, I was very comfortable with Rocco in my home. Rocco did an amazing job on my basement. I had 18 years worth of “stuff” hidden down there and I’ve tried to declutter and organize it myself but I was totally overwhelmed by it all. Rocco came in, laid everything out, disposed of items that needed to be trashed, organized and boxed up the rest. He brought in shelving units and bins and stored all like items together (Christmas items, home decor, kitchen items, paperwork, etc.). Now, not only do I have my floor space back, but I know exactly where everything is! Thank you so much, Rocco! You’re the best!

My husband and I hired Rocco to clean out our basement. It was an old basement that was filthy and dirty. He was able to demo old shelves and completely clean the crawlspace spotless. Home Organizing

Rocco is a magician. Our basement was completely overflowing with stuff we'd collected over the 5 years we've lived here. Rocco said he needed a few hours to take care of it, and I figured that was impossible. True to his word, he completely gutted our basement. We literally went from not being able to walk through it to reclaiming 85% of the space there. He also went above and beyond by setting up a workspace for us, hanging things up on the walls, and just generally making everything professionally tidy. I really can't recommend his service enough; Rocco is a magician.

    I charge hourly. However, that hourly charge includes: -Organization of the space(s) -Space planning -Responsible removal of unwanted items (either donation or disposal) -Thorough cleaning -Light construction There may be additional charges for disposal or if materials/supplies are needed. After the no-cost consult, I develop an estimate for the project. This estimate includes the time to complete the project as well as any additional charges.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once I have connected with a potential customer, we schedule the no-cost, no-pressure consult. During this consult, we review the project and I determine your wants, hopes, and expectations for the space(s). From here, I develop an estimate that reflects the time and any additional costs needed to complete the project to your expectations. If the estimate is agreed upon, we schedule the project's completion date.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Since I was a teenager, I have been organizing massive warehouses for my family's business. I realized early on I had a knack for making space where it didn't seem to exist. This carried over into my personal life having to keep a home and garage from getting overrun by clutter and disorganization.
