- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I develop recipes and am always trying to learn about nutrition and foods. I work with seasonal and local products so I was very connected to farms in the DC metro area and hope to continue to do the same in the Greater Boston area.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It wasn't a choice, I just love food and sharing it with people just seemed so natural.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs are small lunch meetings from 15-30 people who are tired of going to the local chain and want a change.
