- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel I am very fair and competitive with pricing, my customer reviews support this. I will never quote over the phone as I feel it is a disservice to the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to talk over the phone to discuss in detail the scope of the project. Then I'd recommend an on-site walk through to go over the details and expectations. My main priority is to ensure that the client is getting exactly what they want, and that the client is happy with the end result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am experienced in full carpentry work, from framing to finish detail. These skills were learned throughout the years from working with larger contractor companies. I am near completion of a Home Inspectors program, expected licensure Fall, 2016.
