Gita was great! She showed up on time even though it was pouring rain to grill for us at the larz Anderson park bbq shelter. The grills at the shelter were not that great but she was able to figure out a way to cook the food in time for the arrival of the guests. Thanks Gita!

Gita cooked an amazing dinner at our home for our party of 10 last night-- the menu was kachoris, aloo ki tikki, spicy eggplant, fish with kokum, cabbage with split peas, lamb madras, murgh masala, naan, and basmati rice. The flavors were wonderful and went well together, and everyone loved it. The fish and cabbage were my favorite-- really delicious but without any heavy sauce-- cleaner than Indian food I've had before. Maybe that is the Nepalese influence? Also she was prompt and efficient but still extremely friendly and accommodating. We are looking forward to having her cook for a bigger party next time!

Gita was great in setting up and communicating pre-dinner. She already had 51 excellent reviews. We hosted a private dinner for 7 people. Gita was on time, brought all groceries and got to work right away. She cooked from scratch a 3 course dinner with 2 apps (eggplant croquettes, fill wrapped spinach) both of which were super popular. For our main course she made a beef tagine' with spiced rice. The beef was perfectly cooked, was tender and everybody loved it. For desert she baked a mascarpone chocolate cake which was again super soft, flavorful and well received. After serving dinner, Gita cleaned up our kitchen perfectly and also helped clean some of the dishes by hand as our dishwasher was running. Gita thanks for doing a great job, you were a pleasure to work with and we will have you back soon.

Gita and her helper created a dinner for 18 people to celebrate my husband's birthday. They were a joy to work with and cooked a lovely meal. Everything was made fresh and tasted wonderful. My picky grandsons praised the duck and even took some home! We are still enjoying the leftovers. I got to sit down an d enjoy my guests for once - a delightful experience.
