Rob was the 2nd plumber to vie for the job. It was a no-brainer and a definite ‘yes’ when he diagnosed the problem confidently explaining it could definitely be fixed without breaking down the tile wall to get to the valve/pipe after the first plumber left me in panic! Rob clearly explained why/how and then set out to his plumbing supply to buy the necessary parts. He promptly returned, replaced the valve and completed the repair… at a third of the price quoted by the first charlatan!
