Rob and his crew were prompt, professional and provided exceptional value for the work completed. I had 2 bidet toilets installed in my home, which required relocation of the toilet water valve. Rob and his crew executed this work with ease. Rob was the 2nd plumber to vie for the job. It was a no-brainer and a definite ‘yes’ when he diagnosed the problem confidently explaining it could definitely be fixed without breaking down the tile wall to get to the valve/pipe after the first plumber left me in panic! Rob clearly explained why/how and then set out to his plumbing supply to buy the necessary parts. He promptly returned, replaced the valve and completed the repair… at a third of the price quoted by the first charlatan!
