What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Meeting with my Clients face to face, at their property or existing home is the best place to start to understand their project requirements. My price for Architectural Services is based on an estimate of how much time their project should take.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We Start with a Design Consultation, As-Built Drawings of their existing Residence or Office, Design Studies, Revisions, Construction Documents (Working Drawings) and Construction Observation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each year as an Architect we have to earn 20-28 continuing education credits to maintain our Architectural registrations. This study helps to keep us up on the new construction trends and products. I have become LEED AP Certified by the GBCI. That is 'Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design' 'Accredited Professional'
