WOW! WOW! WOW! Prior to hiring this company, I received a quote from another company. I thought it was very high, so contacted Garage Force. I spoke with Miles, and he provided me with addresses to see some of the work the company completed. We talked for quite a long time going over details, and his quote was significantly lower than the first quote. The company had one opening on September 16th until end of October so I booked it and couldn't be happier. The crew was on time (7:00 a.m.) and didn't hesitate to start work. Silvo and Wal worked side by side and were a fantastic team! Both my husband and I are so pleased with the final product since it looks absolutely marvelous! When they were almost done (4:00 p.m.), Miles arrived to inspect the "artwork", and embedded a QR code into coating. This is the warranty, and it is so cool. Thumbs up to Garage Force, especially Miles, Silvo and Wal for their professionalism and "top-notch" customer services. We are now contemplating on having the cellar floor done this winter, and if so, we know who to call.By the way, a little courtesy by homeowners can go a long way. We greeted the crew with fresh coffee and warm muffins and introduced ourselves. We provided cold spring water and cups due to hot weather. We gave them free access to the downstairs bathroom, microwave and backyard patio (table, chairs and umbrella). During lunch break, we provided Wal with a sandwich and both of them with fresh cut up watermelon, seedless grapes and snacks. My father (retired military officer) always told me to respect your "troops" and treat them with kindness and they will do the same and "give it their all!" His advice always ends up with the best results.Thank you all for a happy day!

Our process is the most thorough and comprehensive - our customers are proud of the work we do. We are competitive on pricing and have not had a customer ever feel like they paid too much.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and give a quote- check moisture, cracks, concrete strength, square footage. Talk to the homeowner about their space- understand the task. We seek to understand what our customers are looking for - not just jam a one size fits all process down their throats.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30 years of concrete experience. 20 years of carpentry experience. The perfect combination of strength and perfectionism.
