Changed my life... I was totally a French fries, fried chicken, soda and non "fit lifestyle" person... Always taught to finish my plate.... Until I met Jenine..and Ania... Persuaded by my cousin Lauren of course. I ate as comfort. I started at FLS in May with Ania and with her friendly push and Jenine's realistic food approach, I've changed my lifestyle and lost almost 50 pounds... But it's not about the number of pounds lost at all... It's about continually moving, growing my confidence and eating portionally with a few adjustments to vegetable and fruit intake but nothing scary. I owe my progress to Jenine and Ania and Lauren and also FLS in general... Not pushy but improving my health and wellbeing and overall lookout on life... There is no turning back and I'm so excited to see what more they can challenge me with!!!!

Jenine has amazing personality and knowledge - she loves what she does and she is really good at it. I see people transformations and how happy and healthy they become. This is one of the best feeling you can get.

Jenine is the most knowledgable fitness and health instructor that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Few people carry the passion and knowledge as Jenine. She creates a family atmosphere!

There are no words to describe how motivating Jenine has been in my life & doesn't even know. I never never had any desire to include excercise in my life until I found Jenine & became a part of fit lifestyle studio . I now am part of a family I don't know what I would do without . Thank you Jenine

I cannot say enough about Jenine and her team at FLS. They are amazing, motivating coaches and definitely a cut above the rest. For high quality classes, instructors and trainers You would be hard pressed to find better.
If you are serious about working out......FLS won't disappoint.
