- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rough pricing is discussed at initial client meeting. After the meeting I create a quote for the client. Once approved the construction begins
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I find a new client I like to set up a in person or zoom meeting where we discuss the project they want completed. After the discussion I create a design and estimate for the clients approval. Once approved I begin construction either on site or in my cabinet shop depending on the project
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a associate degree in building construction and cabinet making from New England Institue of Technology. I also have my OSHA certification
