I work in mostly a residential setting from installing old work recessed lights,switches,and tv mounts. I trouble shoot electrical issues as well and do inspections. Michael installed dimmer switches a in couple of my rooms, installed 2 Nest thermostats, installed a new cable drop, and fixed some electrical outlets. He was fast, efficient and friendly. I will definitely be re-hiring him for future projects! I highly recommend his services.

I hired Michael Hamel to install wiring and outlets for two flat screen televisions. He ran the wiring through the attic which was great. Other electricians wanted to run the wiring outside the house which was easier but not the correct way. He also changed many outlets in my house that were old and not functioning. He was a perfectionist with his work and his quote was more than fair. I would recommend him to anyone that needs to have any electrical work done.

I had an old 60Amp fuse box in my house - insurance wanted it updated to 100 amp Circuit breakers; which is fine, except, I plan to rebuild the house in 9 months. Mike called the insurance company, called my city inspector and spoke to them and they agreed to let me keep the 60 amp service and just upgrade the fuse box with a circuit breaker. We still have to schedule the inspection but I trust that there will be no issues and Mike will see it through - Great guy to work with and great work ethics and we will be recommending him to everyone.
