Lightning struck a tree near our house and the surge blew our sprinkler controller off the wall in pieces. Mike came out to inspect the valve boxes and install a new one.
Before he showed up, he told me exactly which products he planned to use. That gave me time to do my own homework; and when I looked them up, they were the same products I'd have picked if I were doing the research and the install myself. That says a lot.
He arrived ready to work, discussed price up front with zero pressure, and got moving. Installed and programmed the new controller, then found two faulty solenoids and a bad wire, all of it corrected before he left. The job turned out bigger than he'd planned for and he was up for it anyway.
I'm already planning to bring him back next year to relocate some heads and evaluate placement, something I've been neglecting. Easy recommendation.

They did a wonderful job of fixing all the broken sprinklers and relocated one of the sprinklers, which made a lot of sense. They also helped adjust all the sprinkler directions. They are very professional and listen to the customer's needs. Very satisfied with their work!
