Reliable, professional, honest technicians. They were punctual and kept in communication with me throughout the entire process. My job keeps me on the perpetual go all the time. Í travel abroad at least twice a month so I can't always be at the beck and call of my tenants when they need a service technician. True professionals. It was a very straightforward and simple process. I was able to schedule an appointment right from the first call, and was able to contact the technician that was going to actually repair my heating system. The technician that came out to me was very professional and knowledgeable. He actually already knew what the issue with my heating system was from the information I gave him over the phone. He picked up the part I needed on his way to my house, and had my heat fixed in less than an hour from his arrival. Masterful and diligent. I felt very comfortable with him in my home and he was very respectful and clean leaving no debris or trash behind. This company will be my go to guys from here on out. My experience with JPR cooling could not have been any better. I had a furnace issue with my 30 year old furnace (go figure), no heat. My son, girlfriend, and my 2 year old granddaughter are living in my house. They needed heat! After making a couple of calls (with no luck) I called JPR and spoke with David Nunez and he said he could be there within the hour (AWSOME!). He also told me his experience and that he was going to be personally involved. When he and John Medina arrived he discovered that the furnace was leaking gas and there was a buildup of CO2. He cleared that out and upon inspection of the furnace, I needed a new one. David explained the situation. He was informative and I could tell by his voice honest and truthful. We needed a new furnace. Also, with my air conditioner attached to the furnace, he discovered that was leaking Freon and the coil had mold. After another explanation, we decided upon a new air conditioner also. He explained that he was personally going to install both units the next day. The installation went smoothly and we have heat. David also will be coming back in May to test he air conditioner and tune up my other air conditioner. I wish to compliment JPR Heating and Cooling Services for having employees like David Nunez and John Medina. They are both a credit to your company. They were professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. David and John did more than make me satisfied when all was said and done. I was delighted! Working with Dave was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had working with someone providing services at my home. He was dedicated to the job, and his intelligence regarding his work was clear. He even came to check on my heat later in the evening on a Sunday, which not many people would do! He continued to check in until he was positive the issue was resolved. I am a landlord in the town of Clinton, MA and have used several other companies in the past. Dave the Technician that came out far exceeded the professionalism and expertise of the other companies. Dave called before arriving as he said he would and when he arrived he introduced himself in a very courteous and professional manner. You will speak to a real live technician every time you call us. You then schedule an appointment. Our inspections are free. We then send a technician to your location. Within 30 minutes your system will be fully inspected and diagnosed guaranteed. Our trucks come fully stocked and our technicians are prepared to provide same day service if that is your request. Or you can reschedule for the repair if desired. We provide a very simple and straightforward service in order to make your experience with us as smooth, efficient, and productive as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All of our technicians are licensed having graduated from Peterson School of Technicians with at least 10-20 years of experience in our field of expertise.
