- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have specialized discounts for all of our clients ranging from 20 to 33 percent off all services. For a complete list of discounts visit our website. No other company in this state offers a more diverse, exciting, and complete discount offer list.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off we always pick up our phones no matter what time it is. No redirects and no automated machines. You will speak to a real live technician every time you call us. You then schedule an appointment. Our inspections are free. We then send a technician to your location. Within 30 minutes your system will be fully inspected and diagnosed guaranteed. Our trucks come fully stocked and our technicians are prepared to provide same day service if that is your request. Or you can reschedule for the repair if desired. We provide a very simple and straightforward service in order to make your experience with us as smooth, efficient, and productive as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are licensed having graduated from Peterson School of Technicians with at least 10-20 years of experience in our field of expertise.
