Bob is currently working on our deck and doing an outstanding job. He's meticulous when it comes to everything. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I answer all their questions in layman terms so they get the best visual as possible. I try to put their mind as ease and keep their ideas in check. It's not always the most expensive materials that are the best choice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I read current articles and have to earn credits every 2 years for my renewal of my license. I always incorporate 'best practices" into my work.
