Tuere was very disappointing and unprofessional during and after the moving process. He broke one of our drawer wheels and did not inform me, despite failing to fix it. I discovered the missing wheel after they left, which was very frustrating. I had to leave him a message to get a refund. The bigger issue is that he and his staff caused a lot of damage to my apartment walls while moving my couch. This couch was originally delivered through the same apartment stairs without any issues. However, this time they struggled and damaged the walls. I suggested they use the other stairs, which were easier to navigate, and even the maintenance staff agreed. Despite this, he insisted on using the original stairs, causing more damage and wasting a lot of time. My brother had to step in and help, and only then did they manage to move the couch smoothly using the other stairs. I hired them for two hours, but over an hour was wasted due to their incompetence. When I asked him to take responsibility for the damage, he blamed me for suggesting the stairs. This clearly shows their lack of skill in moving furniture. Another point is that he complained about not getting paid for travel time, even though he initially said he wouldn't charge for driving to my location. I did not ask for a discount or free driving charge; he offered it. The entire moving process took two hours and twenty minutes, and he charged the two-hour rate, which I accepted. However, when I confronted him about the wall damage, he changed his tone and attitude, mentioning how he gave me a cheap rate. It's ridiculous that he thinks it's acceptable to damage a client's property because his rate is low. He initially decided not to take additional fees, but then blamed me when I raised an issue about the damage. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I guess you get what you pay for, but with lower quality of service. He seemed nice and reasonable at first, but he doesn’t take responsibility for the damage he causes. Beware.

Tuere and his team helped me out in a pinch. I was supposed to move a couch and loveseat from a friend’s house 60 miles away to my house this past weekend. I got sick and knew I wasn’t going to be able to do it. I started looking around for options to get the couch and loveseat moved, and Tuere responded promptly. He was not able to do it on the original day and time I selected but he offered alternatives and worked with me. They did a great job and I would hire them again.
