Beware of this company if anything goes wrong. Their driver failed to check the clearance of his truck. I specifically asked what i should move to make sure he had room. He told me to move my garbage cans but the furniture i had sitting outside to be thrown into the dumpster wasn't in his way. It turns out that it was indeed in his way and my basement window was broken because of it. The driver assured me that the office would take care of it and that I should email them pictures of the window and tell them what happened. He said that he too would contact the office after his next delivery to let them know what happened. When I spoke to them that day they told me to get an estimate for the replacement window and email that to them. So far so good. I thought that I was dealing with a professional company. Once I had the estimate I called the office several times and was continuously told that someone would get back to me. Nobody ever called back. I would call again, they would tell me that i would get a call back, and no call ever came. This went on for two months until I finally had to order the window myself. Each time I asked for the name of their insurance company they refused to give it to me. My home owner's insurance company advised me to pay the $500 deductible and they would file an insurance claim against Bay State. So far they have refused to disclose who their insurance company is. I've used this company in the past and always had good experiences. For this particular time i would have given them four stars. The only thing that would have prevented a 5 star review was that I was told that the dumpster delivery would be done in the morning and it was late afternoon before they arrived. You can tell a lot more about a company with how they handle things that go wrong. This is a company that should not be trusted.
