I have known Alia for a very long time now and worked with her for about two years. She was the perfect trainer for me because of her background in Yoga. I have back and knee problems from when I played soccer and Volleyball and she was very responsive to that and knew all the right workouts and stretches. She kicked my butt with out out hurting me further. So if you are someone who has any kind of back problem or anything really she can work around that! - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer class packages, with discounts on a sliding scale which will adjust based on the amount of sessions included. The larger the class package, the higher the discount! I also include a typed outline of each session with a breakdown of each exercise and proper form, so that you can use the outlines to work out on your own time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always include a FREE evaluation session in which we can get together to discuss goals, lifestyle, and history, as well as go over some physical movement assessments. Another primary goal of this first session is just to get to know one another. I am a firm believer in tailoring each fitness or yoga plan to meet each person's unique goals and needs. In order to build a program that works for each individual, I find a great deal of value in connecting on a personal level so that we can work together to achieve optimal session plans and results.
