Hello Cory, I am purchasing a food truck and have many questions for you. I will have a completely different product and am not competition (It seems there is little at this time which is such an amazing opportunity) and although I have researched the law locally as well as Boston, it seems you have done some outstanding work in making it happen. I would like to meet with you and discuss the logistics. I found it amazing and frankly unbelievable that N.B. had the restrictive conditions that were absurd. I have the experience and venders and am currently trademarking my logo as well as preparing to apply for necessary licences and permits, but would appreciate your input. Cory and his company Fenway Sausage Works catered our wedding. My wife grew up in Rhode Island, and like any other New Englander she is a Red Sox fan to the core. Our wedding was baseball themed and Fenway Sausage works fit the occasion to a T. The menu choices were simple, easy to follow and easy to choose and move forward with while planning our wedding. Cory made a pre site visit to make sure he was best able to accomadate our wedding ideas. Like any business you have the contracts to deal with, but FSW was simple and easy, and then Cory seemed to go way above and beyond what he agreed to do and made the food at our wedding memorable and priceless. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced, I personally recommend the walking taco at any event. My mouth still waters from it. Cory we thank you and your wife for being part of our day, we consistantly here about the food from our wedding when we visit family in the area. If we ever have another catered event in the area, we will be sure to schedule it with your availability.

This past Summer I had the liberty to finally get downtown New Bedford to have a sausage sub, 2 sodas, and the bag of Nachos with the cheese sauce.... I have to say, I am very pleased with the experience, Very pleasant service, and the variety of food offered.... The prices are reasonable, and I recommend if your hungry for good food, and a good price come track him down and be prepared to have a good experience... It's really nice that we have something like this in our area and the quality of food as Boston and New York... Keep up the good work guys

Fenway Sausage Works catered our customer appreciation day in July. His food and service were a huge hit among the guests! He was incredibly easy to work with as we were planning the event. He served over 500 guests that day, and only positive comments all day! He worked with me in planning our event, and arranged his menu to work with our budget. We gave hot dogs and a bag of chips to each guest, he had plenty of food, and no lapses in service. He was also prepared to sell the rest of his menu if someone wanted something other than the freebie. Would certainly work with him again in the future!

I operate a horse show facility and good food vendors are hard to find. Corey offers great food and a nice menu. They are also great people to work with!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
For the start of the 2013 Major League Baseball season, NESN (New England Sports Network) hired us to provide Food Truck Services to their corporate offices where we were able to meet some great people. We enjoyed the experience, and look forward to doing more business with them in the future!
