Nina should make a Pilates DVD as her voice is always so soothing and her classes just flow. You know that Nina really loves teaching us, as much as we love having her as our Pilates Instructor. Nina is always positive, encouraging and makes the best accommodations if a person has a particular injury. All of us who have been in her class for some time are definitely in much better condition now. Not only is Nina an exceptional instructor, who is well respected on a professional level, but also on a personal level.

I am so excited that Endurance moved into my South End neighborhood this year. Julie and her team are amazing! They make working out fun and challenging. The classes are small so you always get individual attention. Minor tweaks make such a big difference in pilates and barre. I can still feel my hamstrings from my last workout!

    Marilyn is an excellent pilates instructor. She has a keen sense of the human body and knows just the right instruction for each person. Whether she is teaching small group mat classes, small group reformer classes and even individual classes she is amazing. I recommend her for your own personal pilates instruction or if you are looking for a fun girls' weekend or for a bridal shower she is amazing!       Performance Pilates and Fitness is a wonderful place to workout. I have been taking numerous classes there for a few years now and have nothing but good things to say! All the instructors are extremely educated and know how to get you the results you're looking for while keeping you safe and having fun! Performance Pilate and Fitness is unique from other gym's because you get a more personal experience and it becomes your second family. Everyone is so friendly and supportive! If you're in a private pilates session or in a group class they take full advantage of your time and make sure you get in an excellent workout. When I go to a gym on my own and try to workout myself I end up talking or taking too many breaks and leave the gym feeling like I didn't do much in all the time I spent there. That is no way how I feel after leaving Performance Pilates and Fitness, I always leave there feeling 100% satisfied with my workout!

      I had the good fortune of taking a private mat class from Meghan while visiting friends in Rhode Island. Meghan is specific and professional, but a lot of fun to be around! Her class was extremely challenging, but she was right there with me every step of the way. I was so impressed with her knowledge and charisma; I wish she was right next door! I would highly recommend MMyPilates. Meghan is amazing!

      I don't see myself as flexible or really that strong, so I was worried if I could do pilates. Jane was great at showing me the proper technique and the work out was challenging but not at all intimidating. The time flies by during the workouts. And I feel fantastic when i finish the workouts. I highly recommend Train with Jane!
