- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We dont have any start-up fees. Just a few items to sign and we can process payrolls within 24 hours. Our pricing various based on the need of each customer. Some customers sometimes only need certain tax returns filed or just payroll etc. We will customize a packege is just right for you... We don't feel their is a need for all our services, so you only pay for what you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get customer on the phone to ask certain questions to better understand how we can help them. In person office appointments also available if customer is in the local area. Just a few items to sign and were off an running
