I had an excellent experience with a window repaired. I set up an appointment and tech took measurements. Appointment was scheduled and tech was in time, but most importantly respected my home. I received a digital invoice immediately after payment was made. It would have costs me much more to replace the entire window. I would highly recommend company .

Carlos did a great job with the window repair, he was efficient and worked quickly.
Communication was easy and he showed up on time.
We overpaid Carlos by $60 (I wouldn't have even noticed) but Carlos said something and returned the money to us. That says a lot about his character as well. I would highly recommend Carlos and would happily use him again for any work needed.

I also offer free estimates, and for larger projects, I can discuss flexible scheduling and pricing options. My goal is to provide high-quality work at a fair price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts by listening carefully to the customer’s needs and learning about their project. If needed, I schedule an on-site visit to take accurate measurements and evaluate the job. I then provide a clear estimate, explain the available options, and answer any questions. Once the project is approved, I complete the work with attention to detail, keep the work area clean, and make sure the customer is completely satisfied before finishing the job.
