- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing but I'm more concerned about meeting new clients and their dogs and can be flexible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out to the home and introduce myself and meet the pet 's. I explain why I came about this business and the flexibility I can bring to the client. I like the opportunity to earn your business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Volunteered and worked with Guiding Eyes for the Blind for several years in my late teens to late twenties. Took several animal and dog behavior classes in college in addition to working and interning at several VT training and boarding facilities. Interned with Burlington, VT Police Dept. Both with the K-9 unit as well as animal control. Owned dogs my whole life
